Pep Melt is a nourishing balm-to-milk cleanser that transforms from a rich balm into a silky cleansing milk when activated with water. Unlike traditional cleansing balms made just for makeup removal, Pep Melt combines its cleansing power with peptides, ceramides, colloidal oatmeal, and hyaluronic acid that help support the skin barrier while cleansing. How to Use

1. Twist component to dispense balm.
2. Gently massage onto dry face and closed eyes using circular motions to melt away makeup, sunscreen, excess oil, and impurities.
3. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify into a silky milk.
4. Rinse thoroughly.

Use alone for a nourishing cleanse or as the first step of a double-cleansing routine before a water-based cleanser.
